Kumquat Jam - an easy citrus jam to make at home
Kumquats are known for soothing the throat and reducing phlegm. Paired with the nourishing qualities of rock sugar, this jam also works beautifully as a warm drink when mixed with hot water.

- 150 g Kumquats 150g(sliced and deseeded|切片去核)
- 90 g Rock sugar crushed 90g(碎冰糖)
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice 2 tbsp(檸檬汁)

Instructions
- Combine kumquats and crushed rock sugar in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium-low heat until the fruit softens and the sugar dissolves.
- Add lemon juice and continue cooking until bubbles form on the surface.
- Turn to high heat and cook until thickened. Use the wrinkle test on a cold plate to check for set point.
做法
- 將柑橘與碎冰糖拌勻,放入煲內。
- 開中慢火煮至水果軟身、冰糖完全溶解。
- 加入檸檬汁,繼續煮至糖漿冒泡。
- 轉大火煮至杰身,可用凍碟測試凝固點。
