Spinach and Cheese Parcel |菠菜芝士餡餅
Ingredients
- 2 sheets 現成酥皮 Puff pastry
- 150 g 嫩菠菜 baby spinach
- ⅛ teaspoon 鹽 Salt
- 500 ml 水 Water
- 2 teaspoon 橄欖油 Olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon 黑胡椒粉 Black pepper
- 4-6 tablespoon 蒜蓉香草芝士 Garlic & Herb cheese spread
- 1 no. 蛋液 Beaten egg
Instructions
- 將500毫升水煲滾,加入鹽及橄欖油,把嫩菠菜汆水約30秒。撈起瀝乾,放涼備用。
- 預熱焗爐至180°C。將酥皮攤開,放上菠菜與蒜蓉香草芝士,灑少許鹽及黑胡椒調味。
- 捲起成餡餅狀,收口位塗上蛋液,用叉輕壓封口。表面再掃上剩餘蛋液。
- 放入焗爐烤約30–35分鐘,或至表面金黃酥脆即可。
Notes
- 若買不到嫩菠菜,可用去莖後的新鮮莧菜代替,味道同樣清新可口。
- 想更豐富可加少量Feta芝士或Mozzarella一同混合內餡,增加拉絲口感。
