Brie 是來自法國的軟芝士,被稱為「芝士之后」。
它外層有一層白色霉皮,內裡柔滑如忌廉,帶著淡淡的奶香與輕微鹹味。
與番茄和沙律菜的清爽口感十分契合,令 Bruschetta 更添豐富層次。

Brie is a soft cheese from France, often called the Queen of Cheeses.
It has a delicate white rind and a creamy, buttery interior with a mild, slightly earthy flavour.
Brie pairs beautifully with tomatoes and greens, adding a touch of richness to this light Italian-style toast.

Bruschetta with Brie and Tomato |芝士番茄多士
Ingredients
- ¼ stick 法式長麵包 ¼ French baguette sliced
- 2 cloves 蒜頭 garlic
- 1 tablespoon 牛油 Butter
- 20 g Brie 芝士
- 2 nos. 番茄 Tomato (diced)
- 1 bowl 沙律菜 salad veggie 洗淨、瀝乾水份 washed and drained
- 2 teaspoon 橄欖油 Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon 意大利黑醋 balsamic vinegar
- to taste 鹽及黑胡椒 Salt & Black Pepper
Instructions
- 蒜頭切半,塗刷於麵包片上,再塗上牛油,放入多士爐或焗爐內烘至微脆溫熱。
- 將橄欖油、意大利黑醋、鹽和胡椒攪勻,拌入沙律菜和番茄。
- 將拌好的沙律鋪在麵包上,放上 Brie 芝士即可享用。
- Rub cut garlic over each bread slice, spread with butter, and toast in an oven or toaster until lightly golden.
- Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper; toss with salad leaves and tomatoes.
- Spoon the salad mixture over the toasted bread and top with Brie cheese. Serve immediately.
Notes
沒有多士爐或焗爐的朋友,可將麵包放於平底鑊上煎至金黃同樣香脆。If you don’t have a toaster or oven, simply pan-toast the bread until golden and crisp.
