Cheese Won Ton |快速芝士雲吞
外脆內軟的芝士雲吞,只需春卷皮和芝士片就能完成。金黃香脆、芝士拉絲,是派對或下午茶的簡易小食。Crispy Cheese Won Ton made with spring roll wrappers and Mozzarella. Quick, golden, and cheesy — the perfect snack or party appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 slices 春卷皮 Spring roll wrappers
- 16 slices Mozzarella 片裝芝士 Mozzarella cheese slices
- for deep frying 菜油 Cooking oil
- 1 no. 蛋液 Beaten egg
Instructions
- 將春卷皮一開四份,用濕布蓋好防乾。取出一張春卷皮,放上搓成小塊的芝士。
- 四邊塗上蛋液,再蓋上另一塊春卷皮,壓緊封口,並裁成圓形。
- 燒熱油鍋,以慢火炸至微金黃,立刻取出並瀝乾油份。
- Cut each spring roll wrapper into 4 squares and cover with a damp cloth. Place a small piece of Mozzarella cheese in the centre.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg, cover with another wrapper, press to seal and trim into a round shape.
- Heat oil and fry over low heat until lightly golden. Remove immediately and drain excess oil.

當炸至剛上色時便要取出,利用餘溫讓外皮變成金黃色,否則容易炸焦。
