- ¼ stick 法式長麵包 ¼ French baguette sliced
- 2 cloves 蒜頭 garlic
- 1 tablespoon 牛油 Butter
- 20 g Brie 芝士
- 2 nos. 番茄 Tomato (diced)
- 1 bowl 沙律菜 salad veggie 洗淨、瀝乾水份 washed and drained
- 2 teaspoon 橄欖油 Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon 意大利黑醋 balsamic vinegar
- to taste 鹽及黑胡椒 Salt & Black Pepper
蒜頭切半,塗刷於麵包片上,再塗上牛油,放入多士爐或焗爐內烘至微脆溫熱。
將橄欖油、意大利黑醋、鹽和胡椒攪勻,拌入沙律菜和番茄。
將拌好的沙律鋪在麵包上,放上 Brie 芝士即可享用。
Rub cut garlic over each bread slice, spread with butter, and toast in an oven or toaster until lightly golden.
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper; toss with salad leaves and tomatoes.
Spoon the salad mixture over the toasted bread and top with Brie cheese. Serve immediately.

沒有多士爐或焗爐的朋友,可將麵包放於平底鑊上煎至金黃同樣香脆。If you don’t have a toaster or oven, simply pan-toast the bread until golden and crisp.
