Ingredients
  

  • ¼ stick 法式長麵包 ¼ French baguette sliced
  • 2 cloves 蒜頭 garlic
  • 1 tablespoon 牛油 Butter
  • 20 g Brie 芝士 
  • 2 nos. 番茄 Tomato (diced)
  • 1 bowl 沙律菜 salad veggie 洗淨、瀝乾水份 washed and drained
  • 2 teaspoon 橄欖油 Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon 意大利黑醋 balsamic vinegar
  • to taste 鹽及黑胡椒 Salt & Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • 蒜頭切半,塗刷於麵包片上,再塗上牛油,放入多士爐或焗爐內烘至微脆溫熱。
  • 將橄欖油、意大利黑醋、鹽和胡椒攪勻,拌入沙律菜和番茄。
  • 將拌好的沙律鋪在麵包上,放上 Brie 芝士即可享用。
  • Rub cut garlic over each bread slice, spread with butter, and toast in an oven or toaster until lightly golden.
  • Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper; toss with salad leaves and tomatoes.
  • Spoon the salad mixture over the toasted bread and top with Brie cheese. Serve immediately.

Notes

Yves Tips!
沒有多士爐或焗爐的朋友,可將麵包放於平底鑊上煎至金黃同樣香脆。If you don’t have a toaster or oven, simply pan-toast the bread until golden and crisp.
