This wholesome loaf combines T70 organic flour with organic five grains bread, offering both rich nutrition and hearty flavor. Made easily with a bread machine, it fills your kitchen with the gentle aroma of grains and olive oil — a perfect choice for everyday healthy baking.

Organic 5 Grains Bread | 五穀有機麵包
Equipment
- 1 Panasonic Bread Machine (Model P105)
Ingredients
- 200 g T70 有機麵粉 T70 Organic Four
- 50 g 有機五穀麵粉 Organic 5 grains Flour
- 14 g 有機幼啡糖 Organic Brown Sugar
- 1 no 雞蛋 Egg
- 3 g 天然海鹽 Sea Salt
- 3 g 即溶酵⺟母 Instant Yeast
- 180 ml ⽔ Water
- 25 g 有機橄欖油 Organic olive oil
Instructions
- 將以上材料(酵⺟除外),放入麵包容器內。
- 將即溶酵母置於指定格內。
- 按食譜編號”1”號,選擇"標準"烤⾊,再按"開始"烘烤。
- 當完成的聲⾳響起,立即取出置放網架上放涼。
- Put all the ingredients (except instant yeast) into the bread pan.
- Put the instant yeast into the yeast dispenser.
- Select menu “1” and select “Standard” crust color. Press the “start” button to proceed.
- Sound will be heard while finished. Take out the bread from pan & cool on the rack.
Notes
*有機五穀麵粉蘊含完全殼物成份,故建議配合⾼筋麵粉使⽤才能產⽣筋性。
*除可使用有機橄欖油外,亦可使⽤⽜油,菜油或葵花籽油,使用份量相等。
*Organic 5 grains flour contains wholly wheat, so it is highly recommended to mix with high gluten
flour in order to have sufficient elasticity for bread making.
* Organic olive oil can be replaced by Butter, Vegetable oil or Grape seed with the same amount.
