Ingredients
- 2 nos. Tomato 蕃茄
- 1 pack Mozzarella 水牛芝士
- a handful Basil Leaves 羅勒葉
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 初榨橄欖油
- 2 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar 意大利黑醋
- a pinch Sea Salt 海鹽
- a few Black Pepper 黑胡椒
Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes & mozzarella cheese.
- Place the tomato, mozzarella & basil in order onto the plate, then season with salt, pepper & extra virgin olive oil
