洛神花果醬 酸梅飯團

踏入九月份,除了是開學的大日子,亦是我的農曆生日。自小不愛吃壽包或毛公仔之類的禮品,
最愛還是可以配合當造物,譬如鹹酸甜一盅洛神花醬,裹起酸酸甜甜的飯糰。
表達這份深知我喜愛的朋友,變成了我的另一半。
在豐盛的月份,願以這搓糯團,圓滿如心良朋。
Roselle Jam Preserved Plum Onigiri

September is not only the start of a new school year but also my lunar birthday.
Ever since I was little, I never liked receiving plush toys or longevity buns for my birthday.
What I’ve always loved most is something that makes the most of seasonal flavours —
like a tangy-sweet roselle jam wrapped in an onigiri.
The friend who knew exactly what I loved eventually became my other half.
In this bountiful month, may each little rice ball bring warmth and wholeness, like kindred hearts.
