This Fresh Kiwi Jam is light, tangy, and naturally vibrant — a perfect spread for those who enjoy a less sugary, fruit-forward preserve. It’s quick to make and doesn’t require any pectin, thanks to the natural acidity and texture of kiwi.
奇異果果醬可謂一見難忘,翠綠的外表、酸酸甜甜的味道,帶着輕盈果香的口感;而且果膠與酸度的結合比其他水果更容易煮成果醬,又不像某些低酸度水果那樣需要加重糖量。
比較適合「以方便與健康為主」的小果醬做法,是單煮也不需加重糖份的好選擇。

Kiwi Jam | 奇異果果醬
Ingredients
- 200 g 奇異果 Kiwi Fruits
- 80 g 幼砂糖 Caster Sugar
- half serving 檸檬汁 Fresh Lemon Juice – 半個份量
Instructions
- 把果皮去除,用刀切成小塊。
- 加檸檬汁,用小火煮至略腍。
- 慢慢加入糖,煮至糖溶解。
- 開大火煮至收汁濃稠,測試凝固度即可。
- Peel the kiwi and cut it into small pieces.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and cook with low heat until tender.
- Gradually add the sugar and cook until dissolved.
- Turn up to high heat and cook until thickened and reaching the setting point. Done.
