Ingredients
  

  • 200 g 奇異果 Kiwi Fruits
  • 80 g 幼砂糖 Caster Sugar
  • half serving 檸檬汁 Fresh Lemon Juice – 半個份量

Instructions
 

  • 把果皮去除,用刀切成小塊。
  • 加檸檬汁,用小火煮至略腍。
  • 慢慢加入糖,煮至糖溶解。
  • 開大火煮至收汁濃稠,測試凝固度即可。
  • Peel the kiwi and cut it into small pieces.
  • Add the fresh lemon juice and cook with low heat until tender.
  • Gradually add the sugar and cook until dissolved.
  • Turn up to high heat and cook until thickened and reaching the setting point. Done.
