Hello! I'm Bonnie from Yves Kitchen.

Cooking is always my passion since I was a kid. I am half-Thai and was born in Hong Kong, grew up with Yummy Tom Yum Soup, Restaurant Dim Sum & Hong Kong Milk Tea with Pineapple Bun.
Moving from the hot climate to the cold climate. Starting a new chapter of my life with all my ambitious and courage. All things changed but I still enjoy making homemade Jams & Marmalade. As I remember once said "Making Jam is like bottling the sunshine"
How my food journey starts...
I was working in the Marketing & Communications field for more than 10 years before starting my food career journey. Started my first blog "Yves Kitchen" in 2005 with ZERO knowledge about blogging and it was just a hobby. But I couldn't believe and never thought one day it became a Game-changer in my life. From a humble Food Blogger, then a Cookbook Author, columnist, and Cooking tutor, owning a Homemade Jam & Thai Chili Sauce Brand, and Media Chef on TV & various platforms.
With the experiences that I had gained after several years, I started "Yves Concepts - Bonnie Yves Food Styling" with my amazing teammates, offering food styling & photography services to my customers.

With my Marketing & PR background, I also started a Culinary Consultant position, such as General Manager for a 200-seat Wine Cellar & French Cuisine Restaurant and marketing & PR Manager for a boutique supermarket and food brands.
Live in Scotland with my partner. Cooking, shooting & creating recipes from our wee kitchen in a 200 years old Victorian apartment. I am ready to RESET myself to "0" and learn New Things & make every day count.
Enjoy Life & Good Food~
Bonnie
