- 300 g Wholemeal bread flour 全麥高筋麵粉
- 100 g Bread flour 普通高筋麵粉
- 20-25 ml Walnut / vegetable oil 核桃油或植物油
- 1 tablespoon Sugar 糖
- 1 teaspoon Salt 鹽
- 280 ml Milk 牛奶(可改豆漿或水)
- 40 g Chopped walnuts 合桃碎 (放果仁盒)
- 1 teaspoon Dry yeast 乾酵母 (放酵母格)
