這個酸甜清新的配搭:士多啤梨配奇異果。草莓果膠含量低,一般單獨製成果醬時難以自然凝固,但奇異果卻含有天然豐富的果膠,正好補足,使這款果醬容易成功,也保留了雙重果香與果肉感。

材料 Ingredients(約 250ml)
- 士多啤梨 150克 strawberries
- 奇異果 100 克 kiwi fruit
- 碎冰糖 110 克 crushed rock sugar
- 檸檬汁(半個) Juice from ½ lemon
做法 Steps
士多啤梨洗淨,去蒂並切粒。
奇異果去皮,切成小粒。
將兩種水果放入小鍋,加入碎冰糖攪拌至略為溶解。
加入檸檬汁。開中小火煮至水果軟化,糖完全溶解。
開大火煮至果醬呈現光澤。趁熱裝入已消毒玻璃瓶。
Wash and hull the strawberries, then dice them.
Peel the kiwi and chop into small cubes.
Combine both fruits in a saucepan. Add crushed rock sugar and stir until partially dissolved.
Add lemon juice. Simmer on medium-low heat until fruit softens and sugar fully melts.
Turn heat to high and cook until mixture becomes glossy. Pour into sterilized jars while hot.
