這是我家餐桌上的常備醬汁,無需烹煮,只需在開餐前 15 分鐘製作,讓味道充分發揮。它與海鮮最為搭配,但我覺得它其實是萬用醬汁。
This is one of the staple dipping sauces on my family table. No cooking required — simply make it 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors fully develop. It pairs beautifully with seafood, but honestly, I think it’s an all-purpose sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 nos. Lime juice / 青檸 (榨汁)
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce 魚露
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar 庶糖 (椰糖更佳)
  • 2-3 nos. fresh chilies / 辣椒

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a small blender. 將所有材料放入小型攪拌器中.
  • Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth. 快速攪打約 2 分鐘
  • Let it sit for 15 mins before serving. 靜置15分鐘,讓味道更有層次。

  • This is a make-and-serve sauce. Best enjoyed on the same day. If there are leftovers, refrigerate and consume within one day.
