- 4-6 cloves 蒜頭 garlic
- 1-2 no. 紅辣椒 red chilies
- ½ no. 青辣椒 green chili
- 1 no. lime 青檸汁(或檸檬/蘋果醋)
- 2-3 tablespoon 庶糖 cane sugar
- 2 tablespoon 魚露 fish sauce
蒜頭與辣椒切碎。 Finely chop the garlic and chilies.
加入青檸汁、糖與魚露。 Add lime juice, sugar, and fish sauce.
拌勻至糖溶解。 Mix well until the sugar dissolves.
靜置至少15分鐘後享用。 Let it rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.

2. 辣椒可按喜好選擇,紅或綠都可以;想更辣可用小米椒或 Scotch bonnet。 Chili is flexible — use red or green; for more heat, try bird’s eye or Scotch bonnet.
3. 盡量使用庶糖,味道更圓潤,避免白砂糖的尖銳感。 Cane sugar gives a rounder taste; avoid white sugar if possible.
4. 喜歡芫茜可以多加。 Love coriander? Add as much as you like.
5. 這是新鮮醮汁,建議即做即食;冷藏最多3天。 This is a fresh dipping sauce; best eaten the same day, up to 3 days refrigerated.
