Yves Tips~
- Using an airfryer to grill a steak to prevent hot smoke in the kitchen
- You can use a griddle pan / saucepan and cook on the stove instead
- To marinate the steak before cooking, will make it more juicy and tender
Substitutions
- Pork / Chicken fillet or Duck Breast - instead of beef steak if you are not a big fans of beef. Lamb Chop is also a good option.
- Vegetarian - the beef steak can be replaced with a plant-based burger or Tofu to make this vegetarian
Variations
- Spicy - add chili pepper flakes while cooking to imbue heat into the dish
- Kid friendly - omit the chili / chili pepper flakes by adding red pepper & chopped tomatoes
