If you are a big fan of Chicken, don't miss out on this simple & easy recipe. Usually, I love to cook with chicken wings but drumsticks are also so juicy and tender. With the mouthwatering lemon flavor, the sweet soy sauce also plays an important role in leaving the drumsticks with beautiful colour. The sugars that I am using for the recipe are rock sugar & slab sugar. Rock sugar could offer a shiny sauce while slab sugar could easily thicken the sauce too. If you can't find this sugar in your country, use brown or caster sugar instead. Happy Cooking ^^I

Ingredients
- 12 pcs Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 pcs Lemon
- 1 sprag Rosemary
Lemon Sauce
- 4 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon light soy sauce / Gyoza Sauce
- 1 pc Rock Sugar
- 30 g Slab Sugar
- 4 pcs Lemon slices
- 1 sprag Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
To soak the drumstick into brine water for 15 mins.
Heat the pan with oil. Fry the drumstick until brown
Mix all the sauce ingredients and mix well
Pour into the pan and cook until both sugars dissolved
cook until sauce thicken
add lemon slice & rosemary
cook for another 5-8 mins
serve well and pouring sauce over the drumstick
