魚露 Fish Sauce

白胡椒粉 White Pepper
Instructions
臭草洗淨用布印乾水份
先摘去頂部嫩葉,然後再用手指捏著頂部由上而下一推,會輕易將葉全摘下,備用。
雞蛋拂勻,加少連魚露及白胡椒粉調味,再放入所有臭草摘葉。
燒熱油鑊,以慢火將蛋液煎成兩面金黃,即成。

Yves Tips:
臭草莖有倒刺,處理時要小心。
煮成蛋餅後,也可以加入冬陰湯成為另一道菜式。
